摘要
以柞蚕雌蛾提取液为主要成分的九如天宝液，经药效学和临床验证表明：腹腔注射和灌胃高、中、低三个剂量均可使丙殴事九素所致的大鼠前列腺增生的体积明显缩小，重量减轻（P值均＜001），高利量腹腔注射与阳性对照药物雌H醇的效果接近；治疗前列腺肥大的总有效率达92．1％，妇女更年期综合症的总有效率达88.0％
