摘要
本文采用间接方法测定豚鼠脑、肾皮质细胞膜Na^+,K^+-ATP酶活力。结果表明,小剂量(0.052mg/kg,0.208mg/kg)丙酸睾丸素对豚鼠肾皮质细胞膜 Na^+,K^+-ATP酶活力呈抑制作用,大剂量(0.83mg/kg,3.33mg/kg)则表现增强作用,己烯雌酚对此虽无统计学意义,但均呈现程度不同的增高作用。说明性激素对脑、肾皮质Na^+,K^+-ATP酶活力有兴奋作用,但有量的差异。
The brain and kidney cortex Na^+, K^+-ATPase acti-vities in guinea pig were measured indirectly. The results demonstrated that Androgen and Estrogenic hormones could obviously enhance the brain Na^+ ,K^+-ATP ase activities in guinea pig. While smaller doscs (0. 052mg, 0. 208mg) of Testosterone Propionate may inhibit the kidney cortex Na^+, K^+-ATPase activitics in guinea pig, but augmented ty larger doses (0. 83mg, 3. 33mg/kg). Diaethylstilbestrol could in- crease the kideney cortex Na^+, K^+-ATPase activities to some extent, but insignificaut statistically.
