夜间血液透析的研究进展

摘要 日前国际肾脏病学会公布全球尿毒症患者已有200多万,而中国尿毒症患者也已超过40万,且尿毒症患者的人数正以8%的年增长率增长,因此尿毒症正成为现今世界最具有挑战性的人类健康问题之一。尿毒症又称终末期肾衰竭(ESRD),主要的替代治疗是血液透析,但是常规血液透析(3次/周,3~4h/次)对尿毒症患者电解质、血压、贫血、营养、透析后状态等问题都不能很好的解决。
