摘要
目的:观察引导骨再生术(GBR)在牙周骨严重缺损患者修复前外科的临床应用效果。方法:选择因牙槽骨破坏吸收严重致牙齿松动不能保留,拔牙后牙槽骨缺损量大,高度、丰满度不佳或累及邻牙,不能行满意修复患者13例,拔牙同期在拔牙窝植入Bio-oss骨粉并覆盖Bio-Gide膜,术后2周拆线,3个月,9个月复诊。结果:术后9个月临床检查、X线检查,13例患者植骨区新骨形成良好,明显改善了牙槽骨高度与丰满度,为进行FPD修复提供了良好的牙槽骨条件,术后9个月进行修复治疗,效果满意。结论:GBR技术是一种简单实用的骨增量技术,能有效地改善修复前的骨条件。
Objective: To introduce the clinical application of GBR technique in pre-prosthetic surgery. Method: 13 cases with loose, un-savable teeth resulted from severe alveolar bone resorption or damage were included. Bone defects after teeth extraction were very serious and the residual height and width of the alveolar bone were very limited in all these cases. Bio-oss bone powder was delivered into the sockets immediately after tooth extraction and covered with Bio-Gide mem- brane. Suture was removed 2 weeks postop, and the alveolar bone was regularly examined at the 3rd and the 9th month. Result: New bone was found to form well in both physical examination and X-ray examination in all the 13 cases in the ninth month. The height and width of the alveolar bone were significantly increased, providing a good bone condition for later FPD prosthetic treatment. Prosthetic treatments were performed in the ninth month and good outcomes were achieved. Conclusion: GBR technique is a simple and practical method for bone augmentation. Alveolar bone condition can be signifi- cantly improved by this technique. It is an alveolar surgery worth to be used in pre-prosthetic treatment.
