摘要
目的分析葛根解表作用的药效组分，为建立与临床疗效相对应的质量标准提供理论数据。方法采用RP-HPLC法分析其解表的药效组分。结果4个葛根复方中葛根解表药效组分为3’-羟基葛根素、葛根素、大立苷、大豆苷元（比例为23．2：34．3：3．4：1～8．4：23．9：1．9：1）。结论葛根解表的药效组分为黄酮类组分，各组分的比例在一定范围内变化，该药效组分可作为葛根解表的标准物质。
Objective To analyze the active components of Pueraria lobata （Willd.）Ohwi used to relieve exterior syndrome, so as to provide justified data for the establishment of quality standard. Methods The active components in P. lobata were determined by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC）. Results The ratio of puerarin-daidzin-daidzein-3＇-hydroxypuerarins in four formula of P. lobata ranged from 23.2 ： 34.3 ： 3.4 .： 1 to 8.4： 23.9 ： 1.9： 1. Conclusion The active components of P. lobata for relieving exterior syndrome are isoflavonoids, with the proportional relationship of compatibility varying in certain range. Therefore, puerarin-daidzin-daidzein-3＇-hydroxypuerarins can be used as the standard substance of P. lobata for medicines relieving exterior syndrome.
