摘要
建立了同时测定猪肉中四环素族、氯霉素和克伦特罗的固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE-HPLC)测定方法,采用Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化萃取,Diamonsil TM C18色谱柱分离,磷酸盐缓冲液(pH至2.5)-乙腈梯度洗脱,检测波长245nm。结果表明:该测定方法对土霉素、四环索、金霉素、氯霉素和克伦特罗测定的线性范围均为2~12μg/ml,基底加标回收率为93.6%~96.1%,检出限符合国标要求,分离度和重现性良好,可用于肉类食品安全与质量监控,方法简便、可靠、实用、覆盖面广。
A method determining the race tetracyclines, chloromycetin and clenbuterol in pork was developed. The method was based on SPE (Oasis HLB column), separated by Diamonsil TM C18, and using a mobile phase of phosphate buffer solution-acetonitrile in gradient elution, detected with wavelength 245 nm. The results showed all the goal components presented linear relations in the scope of 2-12μg/ml. The matrix recoveries ranged from 93.6% to 96. 1%. The detection limits complied with National Standards. The established method is simple, reliable, practical and widely usable, and can be used to control meat product quality and security.
