加氢催化剂阻燃剂的研究与工业试验 被引量:3

DEVELOPMENT OF FLAME RETARDANT FOR PREVENTING THE IGNITION OF SPENT HYDROGENATION CATALYSTS

摘要 根据在使用后的催化剂上成膜以阻止催化剂上易自燃的硫化物与空气接触的机理,研制开发了防止加氢催化剂自燃的阻燃剂。在10mL实验室加氢装置和胜利炼油厂第二加氢装置上分别进行了小型试验和工业试验。结果表明,该阻燃剂具有良好的阻燃效果,能有效地防止使用后加氢催化剂的自燃,而对催化剂的物化性质和加氢活性均无影响。使用阻燃剂后,可以使无氧卸剂操作改为有氧卸剂操作。 A flame retardant was developed for preventing the spontaneous ignition of spent hydrogenation catalysts. By forming a film on the catalyst particle as firewall, the retardant could cut off the contact between air and the combustible sulfur containing compound on the spent catalyst. The batch scale test was carried out in a 10mL trickle bed reactor and a commercial trial was conducted at the No. Ⅱ hydroprocessing unit of Shengli Refinery. Satisfied flame resistant performance was obtained with this retardant, the spontaneous ignition of spent hydrogenation catalysts was effectively eliminated. Also, no side effects were found on the hydrogenation catalyst in terms of its physico-chemical properties and catalytic performance. Thus, the unloading of spent hydrogenation catalyst could be safely operated in the presence of air.
