摘要
通过掌握门诊护理管理工作和管理对象的特点,运用适宜的管理方式,提高门诊护理质量和工作效率。采用激励式管理,调动护士的潜能,参与式管理,调动护士的积极性,尊重护士的情感,在管理中注意授权以及门诊组长负责制的实施。在门诊护理风险管理中注重方法,用量化管理体现分配的公平性,挖掘护士工作潜力。由于运用了较有效的管理,在调动护士工作积极性、提高工作满意度、自觉工作方面有明显的改善,起到了护理管理的作用。
By lnastering the characteristics of the outpatient nursing management and management objects of, we applied suitable management mode to improve outpatient nursing quality and work efficiency. We adopted incentive management to mobilize the nurses' potential, and applied participatory management to impulse the nurses' enthusiasm and respect their emotion. In management process, we paid attention to authorization and the implementation of the outpatient team leader responsibility system. We also focused on the methods during risk management of outpatient nursing, used quantitative management to refill the fairness of distribution and dig the nurses' work potential. Due to the more effective management, the outpatient nursing work had been significantly improved, especially in stimulating nurses' working enthusiasm, increasing work satisfaction and self work awareness, which acted as nursing management.
