摘要
重点探讨了电能质量综合评估中指标权重和评估方法2个方面。为了克服单一赋权方法的缺陷,获得科学的权重系数,首先计算样本数据的熵值以取得客观权重,将AHP法进行改善以获取主观权重,然后通过线性加权得到电能质量分项指标的组合权重。以电能质量国家标准为依据建立标准矩阵,对样本数据进行灰色关联分析,并结合综合权重求取各样本的关联度;通过比较数据样本和标准样本关联度的大小以确定样本的等级。计算结果表明组合赋权方法得到的各指标的权重更加客观、全面,采用灰色关联分析的电能质量综合评估结果更加科学、准确。
The weighting and methodology of power quality comprehensive evaluation is discussed. For scientific weights,the objective weights are achieved by computing the entropies of sampled data and the subjective weights by improved AHP(Analytie Hierarchy Process). The integrated weights of PQIs(Power Quality Indexes) are calculated by linear addition of objective and subjective weights. The standard matrix is built based on the state power quality standards and the GRA(Gray Relation Analysis) of samples is carried out. Combined with the integrated weights, the relation grade of samples is obtained and its rank is confirmed by comparing the relation grades between standard sample and data sample. The example shows that,the weights of PQIs by the proposed method are more objective and comprehensive,and the power quality comprehensive evaluation with GRA is more scientific and accurate.
