摘要 提出了一种粗糙集的电能质量综合评价方法,以电力系统7个方面的参数作为评价指标,全面考察和衡量电能质量。采用指标加权的形式评定电能质量的优劣,以体现评价指标对评价目标的影响程度的差异。通过参考现有数据样本,运用粗糙集理论中属性重要性原理确定各评价指标之间的关系,权系数完全由数据本身的规律决定,避免了主观赋权法的随意性和客观赋权法不确定性缺点,使权重分配赋值更加科学合理,提高了评价的可靠性和精确性。通过对输电线路电能进行实地测试和评价,证明了所提方法的有效性和可行性。 A method of comprehensive power quality evaluation based on rough set is put forward. Seven of power system parameters are taken as indexes,together with different weights,to comprehensively evaluate the power quality. Based on available data samples,the relationships between quality indexes are determined according to the attribute importance principle of rough set theory. The weights are set by the inherent rules of data samples to avoid the casualness of subjective weight method and the uncertainty of objective weight method,which makes the evaluation more reliable and accurate. The power quality evaluation made for a power transmission line shows the proposed method is efficient and feasible.
