摘要
产业集群是市场体系下生产要素的空间集聚,一个区域只有在地理空间、资源禀赋、基础设施、产业特征、技术创新和制度文化等方面满足了相应的条件,才有可能出现成功的产业集群。文章从产业集群的形成条件和动力机制出发,分析和研究了产业集群与区域经济发展关系,并从政府宏观管理的层面,提出了政策建议。
Industry cluster is the spatial concentration of production factors under market system. A region could develop a successful set of industry group under the right conditions, such as geographical space, resource endowments, infrastructure, industry characteristics, technological innovation and institutional culture. It analysis the formation of industrial clusters and the dynamic mechanism, then gives the policy recommendations.
