摘要
水轮机在含沙水流中运行时,常遭到泥沙磨损和磨蚀破坏。本文主要介绍作者近年来在中小型水电站,对水轮机的易磨蚀部件进行修复、修型、改型等抗磨蚀措施方面的实践情况。通过综合治理,使水轮机出力增加,抗磨蚀性能提高。
The cavitation and abrasion of hydraulic turbines in the silt laden water were discussed. Some experiences in repairing the parts damaged by cavitation and abrsion and protective measure, such as repairing and modifying runner bucket, seting baffle at head cover, improving the structure of runner band seal were introduced in delail.
