摘要
SWOT模型是一种有效的战略分析方法,而这种分析方法通常仅限于描述性解释,而缺少有效的定量化约束。现以乌镇旅游发展为例尝试采用AHP方法对SWOT模型中的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行较全面的分析、评估,为制定更有效的战略措施服务;并对战略措施进行评价、确定权重,以此制定不同时期的发展重点,从而形成更加完善的SWOT模型体系,最终更科学的指导乌镇旅游业的发展。
The SWOT model which is an analytical method of effectively strategic is usually qualitative analysis and is in need of quantitative analysis. Now taking Wuzhen as a case, this paper which analyzes and appraises the model of STOW is to serve for the establishment of strategic measures. This paper studies index system of measures of Wuzhen tourism and gives weights to indexes by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Accordingly,it makes different measures of different development periods, this model of SWOT becomes more perfect than before. So it is more advantageous to the development of Wuzhen tourism by the way of SWOT model.
