摘要
微生物多糖以其安全、无毒、理化性质独特等优良特性,被广泛地应用于工业生产中,具有较强的市场竞争力和广阔的发展前景。本文主要介绍了微生物多糖的来源及其在食品、医药、环境等方面的应用。
For the excellent property of safety, nontoxicity and special physicochemical quality, polysaccharides from microbes were used in industrial productions widely and had strong market competitiveness and broad development prospects. In this paper, source of pelysaccharides from microbes, applications in food, medicine and environment of polysaccharides from microbes were reviewed.
