摘要
近年通过大量观察分析及实验研究发现，胰岛素样生长因子－Ⅱ（ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ）与人及实验动物的肝细胞癌（ＨＣＣ）关系密切，现将有关文献综述如下。１ＩＧＦ┐Ⅱ的性质及作用ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ为６７个氨基酸组成的多肽，相对分子量７．５×１０３。其基因位于染色体１１ｐ１５区...
