Pathological Changes in Ultrastructure of Renal Tubules in Experimental IgA Nephropathy

摘要 为研究IgA肾病时肾小管上皮细胞的病变,用右旋糖酐诱发小鼠IgA肾病。结果为:IgA肾病的主要超微病变为肾小球系膜细胞轻度增生,系膜基质及血管球基膜内有电子致密物沉积。同时,肾小管上皮细胞内线粒体肿大、嵴减少、断裂或消失,内质网扩张,髓样小体增多。以上结果表明:IgA肾病时。 To study the pathological changes in cells of renal tubule of IgA nephropathy the dextran was used to induce the disease. The results were: The primary pathological changes in ultrastructure of IgA nephropathy were the slight proliferation of mesangial cells, the increase of mesagial matrix and the deposits of electron dense substance in mesangial matrix and basement membrane of capillary. Additionally, in cells of renal tubule the mitochondria were decreased or broken or cristae swollen. What is more, the cristae disappeared. The endoplasmic reticulum expanded. The myelin bodies increased. It was suggested that in IgA nephropathy the pathological changes involved in the cells of renal tubule.
