摘要
为了探讨庆大霉素（ＧＭ）是否能引起肾小球的损伤，我们观察了家兔注射单剂ＧＭ（１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ）或每天注射一剂等量ＧＭ，连续注射三天后肾皮质的超微结构改变，对照组家兔注射等容积生理盐水。发现家兔注射单剂ＧＭ后１ｈ，近端肾小管上皮细胞内即出现髓样小体，注射后２４ｈ，肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞、足细胞，和近端肾小管上皮细胞显著肿胀、变性，细胞器有显著病变；注射三剂ＧＭ后２４ｈ足细胞足突融合，肾小球滤过膜增厚，部分肾小管上皮细胞出现坏死征象。资料提示ＧＭ除了能损伤肾小管外，也能引起肾小球的严重损伤。
In order to clarify whether gentamicin(GM)could damage the renal glomeruli,the ultrastructural changes of the renal cortex were observed in rabbits after they received a single injection of l00mg/kg GM or l00 mg·kg-1·d-1 GM for 3 consecutive days.The animals of the control group received equal amount of normal saline;It was found that some myelin figures appeared in the epithelial cells of the, proxlmal tubules as early as l h after a single GM injection;1 severe swelling,degeneration,and obvious changes of the organelles were seen in the endothelial cells of the glomerular capillaries,the podocytes and the epithelial cells of the proximal tubules 24 h after an injection of GM;and fusion of the processes of podocytes,thickening of the glomerular membrane and necrosis of the epithelial cells of a part of the proximal tubules were encountered 24 h after the 3rd GM injection.These findings demonstrate that GM can injure not only the proximal tubules but also the glomeruli in rabbits.
