庆大霉素所致家兔肾小球损伤的超微结构改变

摘要 为了探讨庆大霉素(GM)是否能引起肾小球的损伤,我们观察了家兔注射单剂GM(100mg/kg)或每天注射一剂等量GM,连续注射三天后肾皮质的超微结构改变,对照组家兔注射等容积生理盐水。发现家兔注射单剂GM后1h,近端肾小管上皮细胞内即出现髓样小体,注射后24h,肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞、足细胞,和近端肾小管上皮细胞显著肿胀、变性,细胞器有显著病变;注射三剂GM后24h足细胞足突融合,肾小球滤过膜增厚,部分肾小管上皮细胞出现坏死征象。资料提示GM除了能损伤肾小管外,也能引起肾小球的严重损伤。 In order to clarify whether gentamicin(GM)could damage the renal glomeruli,the ultrastructural changes of the renal cortex were observed in rabbits after they received a single injection of l00mg/kg GM or l00 mg·kg-1·d-1 GM for 3 consecutive days.The animals of the control group received equal amount of normal saline;It was found that some myelin figures appeared in the epithelial cells of the, proxlmal tubules as early as l h after a single GM injection;1 severe swelling,degeneration,and obvious changes of the organelles were seen in the endothelial cells of the glomerular capillaries,the podocytes and the epithelial cells of the proximal tubules 24 h after an injection of GM;and fusion of the processes of podocytes,thickening of the glomerular membrane and necrosis of the epithelial cells of a part of the proximal tubules were encountered 24 h after the 3rd GM injection.These findings demonstrate that GM can injure not only the proximal tubules but also the glomeruli in rabbits.
