摘要
分析电-Fenton法和电类-Fenton法对活性染料普施安红和分散染料分散蓝的去除情况.在对普施安红的脱色和矿化上,电类-Fenton法显示出更优于电-Fenton法的性能,电解1h(电类-Fenton)或2h(电-Fenton),0.1mmol/L的普施安红溶液脱色率>85%,电解5h,矿化率约为20%(电-Fenton)或50%(电类-Fenton).分散蓝无法通过电化学氧化进行有效的脱色和矿化,只能在pH值>3.5和[Fe^(3+)]>0.5mmol/L的条件下由混凝去除.本试验确定电类-Fenton法的电流密度上限值为5.3 A/m^2,pH值应取2.5~3.5,投加的[Fe^(3+)]以0.25mmol/L左右为佳.
Removal of reactive dye Red MX-5B and disperse dye 2BLN by electro-Fenton and electro-Fenton like methods was analyzed. The results showed that electro-Fenton like method was more powerful than electro-Fenton method in the decolourization and mineralization of Red MX-SB. The decolourization ratio of 0. 1 mmol/L Red MX-5B was above 85 % after 1 h (electro-Fenton like) or 2 h (electro-Fenton) electrolysis; and the mineralization ratio was about 20% (electro-Fenton) or 50% (electro-Fenton like) with 5 h electrolysis. However, 2BLN couldn't be decolourized or mineralized by electrochemical oxidation, and could only be removed by coagulation with pH〉3.5 and [Fe^3+]〉0. 5 mmol/L. The optimal operation parameters confirmed by the experiment of electro-Fenton like were as fallows: the upper limit value of current density was 5.3 A/m^2, pH 2.5-3.5, and [Fe^3+]=0.25 mmol/L.
