摘要 研究了低剂量Fenton氧化-混凝法对3种不同模拟水样和实际印染废水的处理效果。结果表明,Fenton氧化-混凝法特别适合于处理成分复杂(同时含有亲水性和疏水性染料)的染料废水。pH值对Fenton氧化-混凝法的处理效果影响最大,适宜的pH值为4~6。Fe2+,H2O2及PAM的加入量与污染物浓度有关,处理前需通过实验确定。实际印染废水的处理结果令人满意,CODCr和色度的去除率分别达到84%和95%。Fenton氧化-混凝法处理印染废水效果好,成本低,操作简便,值得推广。 The treatment effectiveness of 3 kinds of simulated water samples conta ining different dyes and actual printing and dyeing wastewater by Fenton oxidati on-coagulation process has been studied. The results show Fenton oxidation-c oagulation process is especially suitable for treating dye wastewater with compl icated composition. The effect of Fenton oxidation-coagulation process is grea tly affected by pH value. The suitable pH value is 4 ~ 6. The suitable amounts o f Fe2+, H2O2 and PAM depend on the concentration of the pollutant. It should be determined by experiment before the treatment of wastewater. The results of the treatment of actual printing and dyeing wastewater are satisfying and the remova l rates of CODCr and chromaticity are 84% and 95% respectively. This process is characterized by good effect, low cost and simply operation for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. Therefore, it is worth spreading.
