摘要
[目的]探讨心脏外科术后病人使用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)的原因及护理方法。[方法]回顾性分析20例心脏外科术后应用IABP病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人心功能迅速改善,顺利拔IABP管13例,置管位置不良拔IABP管1例,死亡6例。[结论]加强心脏外科术后应用IABP病人的护理有利于预后。
Objective：To probe into causes and nursing method of patients ap- plying intra--aortic balloon counterpulsation （IABP） after undergoing cardiac operation. Methods： Clinical data of 20 patients applying IABP after undergoing cardiac operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Cardiac function of all patients was improved rapidly and the IABP tubes of 13 patients were removed smoothly. One case was removed tube because the IABP was put in the wrong position. Six patients died. Conclusion： To strengthen nursing care of patients applying IABP after undergoing cardiac operation is profit for their prognosis.
