主动脉内球囊反搏在重症风心换瓣术后的应用 被引量:2

Exploratory Development of Therapy of IABP for Low Output Cardiac Syndrome of Valve Replacement of Serious Rheum Heart Disease

摘要 目的评价IABP在重症风心换瓣术后低心排综合征治疗中的临床价值。方法分析总结6例重症风心换瓣术后低心排综合征治疗中应用IABP的情况。结果患者在应用IABP后持续血流动力学(CCO)监测见CO、C I于2h后明显恢复,24h恢复至术前水平,反搏效果满意,反搏期间和撤离反搏后未发生低心输出量综合征。桡动脉压力由(102±19)mm Hg下降到(92±11)mm Hg,基础舒张压由(65±13)mm Hg上升到(108±22)mm Hg(P<0.01)。结论IABP是重症风心换瓣术后低心排综合征治疗中有效和可行的救治措施,应及早使用。 Objective To evaluate clinical value of IABP on low output cardiac syndrome of valve replacement of serious rheum heart disease. Methods 6 patients of serious rheum heart disease had utilized IABP after valve replacement and had been analysed its value. Results The patient's CO and CI were obviously recovered by IABP and CCO after 2h, and recovered patients original levelafter 24h. IABP got a satisfactive effect and been successfully evacuated. These patients did not appear low output cardiac syndrome of removal IABP. Conclusion IABP was a effective and practical remedy measure for low output cardiac syndrome of valve replacement of serious thematic heart disease, and it was betterto be utilired earlv.
