摘要 介绍了配加褐铁矿烧结的生产特点、关于褐铁矿烧结机理的研究探讨,并根据安钢目前原料情况进行了褐铁矿的烧结实验室研究。实验中改变燃料比、抽风负压、混合料水分、料层厚度等相关烧结参数,通过优化原料结构,使安钢顺利实现高比例褐铁矿烧结。 Introduction limonite increase the allocation of production characteristics of sintering, on the sintering mechanism of limonite study, and in accordance with the current raw materials ANGANG limonite conducted laboratory studies of the sintering. Experiment to change the fuel ratio, negative pressure ventilation, water mixture, layer thickness and other related materials sintefing parameters, by optimizing the raw material structure, so that the smooth implementation ANGANG limonite large proportion of sintering.
