摘要
本文主要从大学生就业难的社会现象出发,分析了作为人才供方主体的高等学校在教学改革和就业指导方面存在的原因,在此基础上,探究了高等学校在解决大学生就业难方面的有效途径。
In this paper, based on the social phenomenon of employment difficulties, mainly analyzes its causes in terms of the teaching reform and college's employment guidance as the main supply - side, higher education. On this basis, it explores an effective way to in handling the employment difficulties of college graduates.
