DNA修复基因XPC-PAT遗传多态与结直肠癌风险的临床分析 被引量:1

XPC-PAT polymorphism and genetic predisposition to colorectal cancer

摘要 目的研究DNA修复基因XPC-PAT多态与结直肠癌易感性的关系。方法采用病例-对照分子流行病学方法,分析120例结直肠癌患者和150例正常人XPC基因型分布,并比较不同基因型与结直肠癌风险的关系。结果正常人群中LL、LS和SS基因型频率分别为12.0%、47.3%和40.7%,而在结直癌患者中分别为5.8%、38.4%和58.8%。肿瘤患者中LL基因型的频率明显低于正常人(P=0.03)。与SS基因型相比,携带LL基因型个体患结直肠癌的风险降低了2.5倍(OR0.40,95%CI=0.18~0.99)。结论DNA修复基因XPC-PAT遗传多态与中国人结直肠癌风险相关。 Objective To assess the relationship between XPC polymorphism (XPC-PAT) and susceptibility to colorectal cancer in chinese population. Methods Genotypes were determined by PCR methods in 150 healthy controls and 120 patients with eolorectal cancer. The adjusted odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated using muhivariate logistic regression. Results The distribution of XPC-PAT genotypes among controls was LL 12.0%, LS 47.3%, SS 40.7%, respectively. The frequencies of the 3 genotypes among colorectal cancer cases were LL 5.8%, LS 38.4%, SS 58.8%, respectively. Individuals carrying LL genotype were at a decreased risk for colorectal cancer compared with those with the SS (adjusted OR 0.40, 95%CI = 0.18-0.99). Conclusions Our findings indicate that the Poly(AT) polymorphism in the XPC locus is associated with increased risk of colorectal cancer in chinese population.
