摘要 目的:探索DNA损伤修复基因hMBD4的遗传多态Glu346Lys与肝细胞癌(hepatocellularcarcinoma,HCC)易感性的关系。方法:对96例原发性HCC患者和96例对照外周血DNA进行测序分型。结果:我们发现正常人群Glu/Glu、Glu/Lys、Lys/Lys基因型频率分别为40.4%、46.8%和12.8%,HCC组为41.7%、48.8%和9.5%。等位基因Lys频率在病例和对照分别为33.9%和36.2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:DNA修复基因hMBD4的Lys等位基因可能与HCC的遗传易感性无关。 OBJECTIVE:Hepatoeellular carcinoma(HCC) is a common cancer in China and some evidences showed it was associated with defect of cellular DNA damage repair capacity. METHODS. We genotyped ninety six HCC patients and ninety six control persons in DNA damage repair gene hMBD4 Glu346Lys polymorphism. RESULTS: We found that the Glu346Lys polymorphism in the MBD4 gene wasn, t significantly variety between the HCC cases and normal controls. The frequency of allele Lys was 33.9% (HCC cases) and 36.2 % ( normal controls). CONCLUSION: There is not association between the genetic polymorphism of MBD4 and HCC.
