摘要
借助MSC.M arc有限元软件建立了PD3 60 kg/m钢轨矫直过程的三维弹塑性分析模型,计算出了矫直压力,计算结果与现场实测结果误差在10.9%以内,两者吻合较好。
The 3D elastoplastic model for the straightening of PD3 60kg/m rail using MSC. Marc software is established. The straightening force is computed, and with the caculation is in good corformity result online measured straightening force with an error no more than 10. 9%.
