摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用法同时检测保健品中的他达那非(tadalafil),西地那非(sildenafil),好猫西地那非(homosildenafil),伐地那非(vardenafil)。用乙酸乙酯提取,HP-1MS色谱柱(17m×0.2mm×0.11mm)分离,程序升温,质谱检测。该方法的检测限能满足保健品日常检测的要求,前处理简单、快速、可靠。
Total of 4 PDE-5 inhibitors （tadalafil, sildenafil, homosildenafil, vardenafil） were simultaneously detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry coupling with electronic ionization. The sample was extracted with the ethyl acetate and completely separated by HP-1MS column （17m ×0.2 mm×0.11mm） in linear temperature program. The method is simple, rapid and reliable. It is suitable for screening PDE-5 inhibitors in routine analysis for nutriment products.
