摘要
QFD、TR IZ及田口方法都是在概念设计过程中使用的方法。QFD是从顾客需求出发寻找产品最佳设计的关键技术,TR IZ理论是解决创新问题的有效方法,田口方法是转化创新结果的利器。本文在比较和分析3种方法各自特点的基础上,讨论了三种方法在概念设计过程中的相互作用,提出了将三者集成为一个理想的概念设计方法,该方法将最大限度地发挥各自的优势,弥补不足,从而实现设计质量创新。
The methods of QFD, TRIZ and Taguchi methods are often used in concept design process. QFD method is the key technique to affect product quality by customer＇s need. TRIZ is a very powerful idea to bring technique innovation to success. Taguchi method is a feasible tool to transform innovative result into inexpensive but elegant product. Based on contrasting and analyzing the characteristics and reciprocity of these three methods in detail, the synthetical concept design technology of hybrid QFD, TRIZ and Taguchi method is put forward. It will exert each advantage farthest, compensate each shortage, and thereby realize design quality innovation for satisfying the customers.
