摘要
发明问题的解决理论(TRIZ)的优点是能够为设计过程中遇到的冲突提供原理解,但其理论结构松散复杂,没有具体的产品开发设计流程.将TRIZ与其他创新理论相结合,建立产品设计的集成创新模型,使产品设计过程规律化、系统化与模型化具有重要的现实意义和理论研究价值.全面阐述与分析了TRIZ理论与公理化设计(AD)、质量功能展开(QFD)、约束理论(TOC)等主流设计理论及方法集成的研究现状,并展望了TRIZ与其他理论结合的发展趋势.
As one of inventive problem-solving theories, the TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) can provide original understandings on design conflicts. Thus, the theoretical structure is loose yet complex without specific product development process. Accordingly, by synthesizing the TRIZ with other innovative theories, an integrated innovation model is established to theoretically and practically realize regular, systematic and modular product design processes. In this literature review, the advances and future trends on TRIZ-integrated AD,QFD and TOC design theories and methodologies are presented.
