摘要
目的:通过下肢静脉血管模型的磁共振成像研究,为临床诊断下肢血管疾病提供合理的参考依据。材料与方法:通过建立下肢静脉血管模型观察分析:(1)不同流速与MRV信号改变的关系;(2)不同成像角度与MRV信号改变的关系;(3)不同狭窄程度与不同成像角度协同作用情况下的MRV信号改变。结果:(1)液体流速为0.4mm/sec时,静止与流动液体信号差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),但肉眼尚无法分辨,流速1.2mm/sec时,肉眼可明显分辨二者信号差别;(2)在成像角度小于10°后见测量的较实际的管径变小;(3)随着狭窄程度加重,角度对图像影响变显著。结论:液体流速、管腔狭窄程度、成像角度三者在不同程度上对MRV影像有影响。
Purpose: To provide the basic reference for clinical practice by discussing the Magnetic Resonance Venography(MRV) of model in the lower extremities. Materials and Methods: Analyzing the three relationships between: (1)different speeds and signal changes, (2)different imaging angles and signal changes, and( 3 )eoeffect of different stenesis degree and imaging angles and signal changes. Results: ( 1 ) Signals are different between static and flowing fluids on magnetic resonance machine when the speed is 0.4mm/sec( P = 0. 015 ), but naked eyes cant differentiate it. When the flowing speed is access to 1.2mm/see, naked eyes can do it. (2) When the imaging angle is less than 10°, the result of measuring diameter is less than real condition. (3)The angle has more influence on images than stenosis. Conclusion: There are different influence and effect on MRV imaging with different flowing speeds, stenoses and imaging angle; MRV is a practical and feasible diagnestie method in the lower extremities.
