摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢血管疾病诊断中的价值。方法选取2011年3月～2012年3月本院收治的经手术病理证实为下肢血管疾病的患者52例,对其进行彩色多普勒超声检查,对超声检查结果进行分析,并与手术病理最终诊断结果进行对比。结果 52例手术病理证实为下肢血管疾病患者中,彩色多普勒超声诊断的准确率为96.15%(50/52)。结论彩色多普勒超声对于诊断下肢血管疾病具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler uhrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease. Methods Fifty-two patients confirmed by pathology of lower extremity vascular disease from March 2011 to March 2012 were selected, and were used color Dopp）er ultrasound examination, the ultrasound results were analyzed and the final diagnostic results were compared with surgery and pathology. Results Fifty-two cases of lower extremity vascular disease patients, the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was 96.15% （50/52）. Conclusion Color Doppler uhrasound for the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease has important clinical value.
