摘要
目的:观察老年正常人与老年骨质疏松症患者下颌骨骨密度的差别。方法:采用双能X线吸收测量仪(DXA,骨密度仪),测量右侧髋部与左侧下颌角的骨矿物密度。结果:老年原发型骨质疏松症患者与老年正常人相比具有较低的下颌角骨密度。结论:骨质疏松症可导致下颌骨骨密度降低;下颌骨骨密度降低也可在一定程度上反映全身骨质疏松的状况;用这种骨密度仪测量下颌角的骨密度具有可行性和实用性,所测结果能反映下颌骨的骨密度变化。
Objective: To observe the difference of mandibular bone density in aged normal and osteoporotic people. Methods: Measuring the bone density of mandibular angle and coxofemoral region with dual energy X ray absorptiometer(DXA). Results: Osteoporotic patients had lower bone density of mandibular angle than that of the aged normal people had ( P <0.001). Conclusion: Osteoporosis may lead to lower bone density of mandible,and the decrease of bone density of mandibular angle may demonstrate the osteoporotic status of the body to a certain extent; The method of measuring bone density of mandibular angle with dual energy X ray absorptiometry is feasible and practical. And the bone density of mandibular angle can reflect the bone density changes of the bone mandible.
