摘要
经全口义齿修复后的患者男、女各３０名，按其全口义齿人工牙和石膏模型的对应关系，定出无牙颌模型的各测量点，并以正常者的中老年男女各３０名的模型作正常对照组，比较二者的宽度和长度。结果发现：无牙上颌弓的牙槽骨水平吸收方向是向内、后，随着时间的增长，其长度和宽度越来越小；无牙下颌弓的牙槽骨水平吸收方向是：前牙区（除尖牙区外）是唇侧大于舌侧；尖牙区及双尖牙区前部是颊侧和舌侧相等；双尖牙区后部及磨牙区是舌侧大于颊侧。
Abstract In this study, sixty cases (30 for male, 30 for female)restorated complete denture were selected according to certain criteria acted as study objects. The measuring points of edentulous casts were determined by the corresponding relationship of articulate teeth of the full dentures. Sixty cases ( 30 for male, 30 for female) with normal occlusion in mid age and aged as controls. Then the widths and length of edentulous casts were measured and compaired with dentulous casts. The results showed that:(1)The direction of alveolar horizontal resorption in edentulous upper jaw is inward and backward. (2) The direction of alveolar horizontal resorption in edentulous lower jaw is, in incisal region, more resorption occurs on the labial surfaces than the lingual; in the canine and anterior portion of bicuspid regions, the buccal resorption is equal to the lingual; in the posterior portion of bicuspid and molar regious, more resorption occurs on the lingual surfaces than the buccal.
