摘要
女大学生遭遇的就业歧视、就业难问题是近年来就业市场中供大于求情况下女性权益保障中一项重大难题。从经济学角度看,造成这种状况的原因包括:扩招背景下女大学毕业生的供过于求,女大学生携带自然附着成本,统计性歧视,政策失灵等。在分析成因的基础上,从社会、政府、用人单位和女大学生自身因素等方面对营造和谐的大学生就业市场环境提出了相应的对策建议,以期能够更好地解决女大学生就业歧视问题。
