摘要
目的为修复锁骨中远端骨不连提供新的手术方法。方法在４０侧成人颈部标本上，观察胸锁乳突肌锁骨头的形态、血供及其与锁骨的关系。结果锁骨头无损伤可分离长度为８．１ｃｍ，其主要血供为甲状腺上动脉胸锁乳突肌支，入肌点在该肌前缘后１．７ｃｍ、距锁骨上缘６．８ｃｍ处。
Objective\ In order to provide a new operation style for repairing non union in middle and lateral part of the clavicle.\ Methods\ The form of vessels and relation with the clavicle and the clavicular head of sternocleidomastoid muscle were observed on 40 sides of adult cadavers.\ Results\ The length that the clavicular head can be separated without scathe is 8.1 cm.\ The blood supply is sternocleidomastoid branches of superior thyroid artery,the point of the artery inserting into the muscle is 1.7 cm behind the anterior border and 6.8 cm above the superior border of clavicle.\ Conclusion\ A new operation style for repairing non union in middle and lateral part of the clavicle,may be devised to provide partial clavicular bone flap with the pedicle of clavicular head of sternocleidomastoid muscle.
