摘要
本文采用心理量表（智力、社会生活能力和克氏孤独症行为量表）及脆性染色体检查对脆性Ｘ综合征与婴儿孤独症进行了比较分析。其结果为：两病有一定相似处，均以男性好发、有智力障碍和社会生活能力异常，且都可出现一些特殊的行为。脆性Ｘ染色体为脆性Ｘ综合征所特有。脆性Ｘ综合征者，尤其是学龄前儿童虽也可出现某些孤独症的行为，但特殊行为出现的频率及严重度却显著低于孤独症患儿。脆性Ｘ综合征与婴儿孤独症是彼此独立且各有特殊表现的两种疾病，脆性染色体检查及孤独症行为量表分析是两病进行早期正确诊断的重要依据。
Object:to compare the intelligence,behavior pattern and social ability of children with fragile X syndrome and with autism Method:20 children with fragile X syndrome and 20 children with autism were collected WISC for children aged 6 more,DDST for those younger than 6 were used,as well as a social ability scale and Ke's Autism Scale Result:the two syndrome had some similar aspects such as more frequent in male(17∶3 and 18∶2 separately),with some intelligent deficit and social impairment But fragile X syndrome had its own specific feature i e the express rate of fragile X chromosome was higher than 2% Although some autistic behaviors appeared in fragile X syndrome,especially in preschool children,its frequency and severity were less than that of autistic children Conclusion:there are two syndromes independent to each other Psychological screen can differentiate them in their early stage and diagnosis can be made by find out fragile X chromosome.
