摘要
本文报告了120例正常成人局部脑血流量结果,额顶颞枕脑区血流量无显著差异,性别及左右半球不同对脑血流也无显著影响,而随年龄增大脑血流量逐渐减少。
The cerebral blood flow (CBF) is a basic factor for maintaining the normal metabolism and function of human brain. We have determined regional CBF of 120 normal ones by 133 xe absorption in order to go further into the influences to brain Physiology in the case of some changes in CBF. The result from our study shows that the method by 133 Xe absorption for the determination of regional CBF is unharmful to human body and also simple for the doctors to master, In clinical field, it is expected to be widely used. Furthermore, it may be greatly significant to the study of CNS illnesses such as dementia, cerebral vascular diseases, migraine and brain tumor etc.
