肝再生过程中肝和脑垂体纤维粘连蛋白表达的变化 被引量:1

EXPRESSION OF FIBRONECTIN IN LIVER AND PITUITARY DURING LIVER REGENERATION

摘要 目的:探讨大鼠肝大部切除再生过程中肝和垂体内纤维粘连蛋白变化变化.方法:用免疫组织化学法观察大鼠肝大部切除术后0.5天1天、1.5天、2天、3天、7天时,肝内和垂体远测部滤泡垦状细胞细胞纤维粘连蛋白的变化,并用图像分析仪进行定量测定.结果:肝大部切除术后1.5天,肝内纤维粘连蛋白阳性染色增强,其平均光密度高于对照组(P<0.05);术后2~3天,镜下可见纤维粘连蛋白染色呈强阳性,尤其在肝组织增生部位,变化十分明显,至术后第3天达高峰,平均光密度明显增高,为正常组的1.6倍(P<0.01)术后1.5~77天纤维粘连蛋白阳性包的肝细胞数增多,反应增强,以术后1.5天时最为明显,并可见较多的双核细胞里强阳性反应.肝大部切除术后2~3天垂体远侧部纤维粘连蛋白阳性FS细胞增多,反应也增强.结论:在肝大部切除后机体可能通过表达纤维粘连蛋白从整体及局部调节肝的再生. Changes in expression of fibronectin(FN) in the liver and folliculo-stallete cells (FS cells) in the pars distalis of pituitary were observed 0. 5, 1, 1. 5. 2,3 and 7 days after partial hepatectomy(PH) in rats by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. FN immunoreactivity in the liver was enhanced and mean optic density (MOD) was higher at 1. 5 day as compared with normal con-trols. The changes reached the peak at 3 day and MOD was 1. 6 times as high as that of the nor-mal control group (P<0. 01). FN-positive hepatocytes increased significantly and the immunore-activity became more intense. Some of double-nuclear cells showed strong FN immunoreactivity during liver regeneration, especially at 1. 5 day. The number of FS cells significantly increased with more intense immunostaining at 2-3 day. The results suggested that the body might wholly or partial regulate liver regeneration through secreting FN after partial hepatectomy.
