左归丸对MSG-大鼠胸腺及淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响 被引量:9

摘要 新生期大鼠给予左旋谷氨酸单钠(MSG)损害下丘脑弓状核(ARC),成年后大鼠除表现生长发育迟缓外,还可见到胸腺体积缩小、重量减轻,脾脏T淋巴细胞对Con-A诱导的增殖反应减弱。滋补肾阴代表名方左归丸能明显改善MSG-大鼠的胸腺与淋巴细胞增殖反应的异常。提示:1.下丘脑弓状核参与细胞免疫功能的调节;2. The adult rats that were treated with monosodium glutamate (MSG) neonatally to cause a lesion of arcuate nucleus (ARC) in the hypothalamus, showed smaller and lighter thymus and inhibited spleen T lymphocyte proliferation (LPR), apart from retarded growth. After the treatment with the adult MSG rats with Zuogui pill, a TCM presoription nourishing and recuperating the Kidney Yin, we found inhibited cellular immunity was reversed to some extent.It suggested 1.ARC may be a regulator of cellular immunity; 2.Zuogui pill can redress the abnomality of the thymus and LPR.
