摘要
随机抽取儿科病房应用中的头罩３２个及备用头罩６个进行细菌学监测。结果显示：使用中的头罩２４ｈ平均染菌量为３７．１５ｃｆｕ／ｃｍ２，全部超过标准，备用头罩第７天有４个染菌量超过标准。建议使用中的头罩应２４ｈ更换１次。
A sampling bacterium survey of 32 using and 6 spare head-recoverings in the pediatric ward was performed.Results noted that the 24 h-mean amount of bacterium contamination of the using head-covering was 37.15/cm 2 and all exceeded standard,and it exceeded standard in 4 spare head-covering.It is suggested that the using head-covering be replaced per 24 h,and the spare be disinfected weekly.
