摘要
目的评价射频汽化仪在关节镜下治疗半月板损伤的效果。方法2006年6月至2008年12月在关节镜下使用ArthroCare2000射频汽化仪系统对52例半月板损伤患者进行治疗,术后随访收集资料并分析。结果共随访50例患者,其中疗效优31例,良14例,可5例,优良率90%。结论射频汽化仪在关节镜下治疗半月板损伤效果良好,操作方便,安全高效,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treating meniscal lesion by ArthroCare2000 radiofrequency under arthro- scope. Methods The 52 cases of meniscal lesions were treated by using ArthroCare2000 system under arthroscope from June 2006 to December 2008. Follow-up data after arthroscopic surgery were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 50 cases were fol- lowed up. The outcome was excellent in 31 cases, good in 14, fair in 5. The excellent and good rate postoperative were 90 %. Conclu- sion Arthroscopic treatment of meniscal lesions with ArthroCare radiofrequency may offer a number of advantages,such as con- venient and security on manipulation, having less side-effect. The technique is worth of generalization and application in clinic.
