摘要
目的观察关节镜下射频汽化仪治疗膝滑膜皱襞综合征的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组对照,对300例膝滑膜皱襞综合征患者进行临床观察,治疗组150例,关节镜下手术采用射频汽化仪治疗;对照组150例,关节镜下手术采用常规手术器械及电动刨削器治疗。随访时间均为0.5￣3.0a。结果关节镜下射频汽化仪治疗膝滑膜皱襞综合征,手术时间短,副损伤小,出血少,术后关节疼痛轻,积液少,下床早,恢复快。结论采用射频汽化仪治疗膝滑膜皱襞综合征疗效满意,关节功能恢复快,是治疗的最佳选择。
[Objective] To observe the result that treated the synovial plica syndrome with the radiofrequency coblation technology under the arthroscopy. [Methods] To observe the result that treated the 300 cases of synovial plica syndrome, 150 treatment examples： surgical operation adoption radiofrequency coblation technology under the arthroscopy; the other 150 examples： surgical operation adoptioni normal regulatioins surgical operation apparatus and electricities move to plane the machine treatment. All the patients were followed up from half a year to 3 years. [Results] To treat the synovial plica syndrome with the radiofrequency coblation technology under the arthroscopy： the time of surgical operation was shorted; the vice-harm was reduced; the bleeding was littler; the joint ache was lighter, the joint＇s liquid was reduced; the action was early; the recruit was early. [Conclusions] It is the best methods to treat the synovial plica syndrome with the radiofrequency coblation technology under the arthroscopy. The recruit was early; the result was the best.
