摘要
目的:探讨儿童术后的心理反应及采取相应应对措施对其术后治疗及护理的影响。方法:对16例儿童在手术后的心理反应进行观察分析,了解其心理反应类型。结果:全部儿童在术后均出现不同程度的心理反应,通过采取合理的应对措施,提高了患儿配合治疗及护理的成功率,有效缩短了住院日期,临床效果满意。结论:手术后应根据儿童不同的心理反应类型采取相应、及时的应对措施。
Objective：To explore the psychological reactions of children after operation and the effect of corresponding measures on therapy and nursing after operation.Methods：Psychological reactions of 16 children after operation were observed,different types of psychological reactions were analysed.Results：All the children had different degrees of psychological reactions after operation,reasonable measures were adopted to increase success rates of treatment and nursing,shorten their hospitalization days,satisfied clinical results were got.Conclusion：Corresponding and timely measures should be adopted according to different psychological reactions of children after operation.
