摘要
[目的]了解上海地区空调机散热片微生物污染状况。[方法]采用单纯随机抽样方法,对上海市徐汇区的部分住宅、办公场所和公共场所共100台挂壁式空调机的散热片涂抹采样,进行细菌总数、霉菌总数、芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和军团菌等项目的检测。[结果]住宅、办公场所、公共场所空调机散热片细菌总数均值分别为(228.94±99.94)、(303.43±110.04)、(356.35±131.95)cfu/cm2;霉菌总数均值分别为(227.98±157.88)、(304.17±178.56)、(372.70±228.64)cfu/cm2。3类场所间的细菌总数、霉菌总数及芽孢杆菌的检出率差异均有统计学意义。金黄色葡萄球菌和军团菌检出率分别为8.0%与1.0%。[结论]空调机散热片表面微生物污染比较严重,空调系统需要经常性清洗净化,减少室内环境生物性污染。
[Objective] To investigate the situation of microbial-contamination on the radiators of air-conditioning sets in Shanghai.[ Methods] Three kinds of air-conditionings were selected using simple random sampling method to examine and appraise the total number of bacteria,fungi,Bacillus sporus,Staphylococcus aureus and Legionella on the radiators of air-conditioning set in Xuhui District of Shanghai.[ Results] The means of total number of the colony forming units of bacteria were(228.94±99.94),(303.43±110.04)and(356.35±131.95)cfu/cm^2,in the radiators of air conditioning sets in residents,offices, and public places respectively.The means of fungi were(227.98±157.88),(304.17±178.56)and(372.70±228.64)cfu/cm^2 respectively.There were statistical significances of the positive rates of the total of bacteria,fungi and Bacillus sporus among the three groups.The positive rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Legionella were 8.0% and 1.0%.[ Conclusion] The results showed that contamination situation inradiators of air conditioning sets were very serious and methods should be taken to reduce the microbial contamination of indoor environment.
