摘要
通过真空辅助成型工艺实验(VARTM),对树脂粘度和凝胶时间随温度的变化规律进行了研究,并对影响玻璃钢制件机械性能的主要工艺参数进行了测试。结果表明,真空度大小和充模时间对制件机械性能有显著影响,真空度越大机械性能越好,充模时间长不利于机械性能的提高;在实验范围内,温度的影响不明显。
Through the experiments of VARTM,the variation law of resin viscosity and gel time with temperature was studied.The main technical parameters that had influence on the mechanical properties of the products were tested.The results showed that vaccum pressure and mould-filling time had significant effect on the mechanical properties of composite products.
