摘要
用端氨基聚醚D400固化环氧树脂CYD128,在固化体系中加入小分子稀释剂XY678,并采用D400/D2000混合固化剂固化环氧树脂CYD128/XY678混合体系。分析研究XY678和D2000对材料的阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,XY678的含量的增加对体系损耗因子的影响不显著,有效阻尼范围稍有增加,但玻璃化转变温度降低。随着D2000含量的增加,固化物的损耗峰逐渐向低温移动,损耗峰的高度先增加后减小,有效阻尼范围稍有增加。环氧树脂浇注体损耗因子达到了1.43,玻璃化转变温度为26.7℃,且阻尼温度范围提高到27.3℃,在14.22-41.52℃范围内均有较高的阻尼性能。
A kind of epoxies composites compesed of epoxy CYD128 was prepared by using amino-terminal polyamine 13400 as curing agent, including small molecule diluent XY678. And we used amino-terminal polyamine 13400/132000 as mixed curing agent to cure epoxy resin CYD128/XY678. The damping properties of the composites were researched with XY678 and D2000. Damping mechanical tests show that: the increasing content of XY678 has no significant impact on the damping factor of system. There is a slight decrease in damping properties, and glass transitional temperature is getting lower. With the increase of the content of 132000, curing compounds damping peaks gradually move to the low temperature, and at the same time, the loss of peak height changes and the width increases. The maximum loss factor of curing epoxy resin composite materi- als reaches 1.43, glass transition temperature of 26.7℃, and the damping temperature reaches to 27.3℃, it has a high damping properties at 14.22--41.52℃.
