用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)衰减全反射谱(ATR)研究了四种模型嵌段聚氨酯。这四种模型嵌段共聚物是聚氨酯—氨酯、聚脲—氨酯、聚氨酯—脲、聚脲—脲。讨论了这些模型化合物的特征谱带,N—H键及氢键的情况.
These linear thermoplastic polyurethanes and polyureas are synthesized by a two-step solution polymerization method. Either a hydroxy-terminated polypropylene oxide(PPO-OH)of Mn = 2040, or an amine-terminated polypropylene oxide (PPO-NH) of Mn = 2l00 is used as the soft segment to produce the urethane or urea linkages respectively at the ends of the polyether backbones. Pure 4, 4'-diphenylmethane dusocyanate(MDI)is extended with either 1,4-butane diol(BDO)to form the urethane hard segments or with 1,4-butane diamine(BDA)to form the urea hard segments. Four different combinations of polyurelhane-urethane.polyurea-urethane, polyurethane-urea, polyurea-urea are obtained. Attenuated total reflection (ATR) of Fourie transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) are used to characterize the samples to evaluate the effects of different linkages, either at the interface of the phase boundaries or within the hard segment domains, on the thermal and mechanical properties. NH region, and hydrogen bond are discussed in detail.
