试论师范教育中高师生教学实践能力的培养

摘要 师范院校小学教育专业(英语方向)的学生在经过四年的本科学习,即将转型为正式的小学英语教师之际,普遍表现为具备基本教育理论知识,而实践教学弱等特点。然而教学作为一名教师的首要任务,能否上好课、控制好课堂、调动学生的积极性直接关系到教学的成败,甚至影响到学生对英语学习的兴趣。因而在师范教育中培养高师学生教学实践能力需要引起重视。 After receiving four-year undergraduate education in the Teachers' college, students will turn to formal teachers in no time. Whereas, the common phenomenon is that they may be equipped with necessary teaching theoties, while weak in practice. As teaching is a premier task, whether they can put their lessons in a tight way, control the class, or activate students is a key to the success of the teaching and learning in the classroom, and may even affect students' interests in the curriculum. Thus, special attention should be paid on how to improve the real abilities of pre-job students' teaching practice in teachers' colleges. Discussing and solving the problem will find its own value in the real teaching field.
