摘要
目的及时处理接种卡介苗过深引起儿童的冷性脓疡,消除患儿的不良反应及其对免疫规划的不良影响。方法对不配合处理的患儿家长进行心理疏导和心理护理。结果经县、乡专业人员多次反复耐心解释,家长还是不配合治疗,使病情进一步加重,后经过州级"专家"先对其过程进行细致的询问、体检,然后才进行心理疏导和心理护理,最终取得患儿家长的信任,使药物治疗得以顺利进行。结论预防接种疫苗发生异常反应时,对不配合处理的家长要先及时进行有效的心理疏导和心理护理,在心理疏导和心理护理过程中要讲究技巧和正确的方法,才能有效,并使药物治疗等处理措施得以顺利实施。
Objective To deal with the cold abscess which was caused by the deepy BCG vaccination promptly, eliminate the adverse reactions for children and the negative impact for EPI. Methods psychological and psychosocial care was used for the mismatched parents of children. Results Explained repeatedly and patiently by county and township professionals, the condition was worse because of the incoordination. After the inquiry for its process and medical examination by state experts, the drug therapy was carried out smoothly after obtained the trust of parents through psychological and mental care. Conclusion When vaccination abnormal reaction occurs, psychological and psychosocial care should be taken promptly for mismatched parents. To be effective, the techniques and methods are stressed in the psychological and psychosocial care, and other measures can be enforced.
