摘要
总结13例卡介苗接种后出现脓疡破溃、脓肿并发感染等异常反应的原因及护理措施。提出应做到(1)让家长知道卡介苗接种后的局部皮肤反应及护理方法;(2)接种剂量,接种部位要准确;(3)冻干卡介苗时使用前必须充分摇匀稀释时要使之完全溶化;(4)严防将皮内卡介苗注入皮下或肌肉;(5)上臂皮内接种卡介苗后四周内不能在同臂接种白喉类毒素或吸附百白破疫苗。
Objective The authors summarized the reasons of and nursing care strategy on abnormal reactions of purulence, ulceration, apostema with infection of 13 cases who were given BCG inoculation. The article proposed that, in order to reduce the abnormal reactions after BCG inoculation, the foUowing steps much be taken： （1） The child＇s parents must be aware of local skin reactions＇that may appear after the inoculation and thus the coping methods; （2） The dosage and the position of inoculation should be accurate; （3） When BCG is frozen and dry, it should be completely unfrozen and shaken well before the use; （4） The intracutarteous BCG should be used properly, not being used in hypodermic injection or intramuscular injection; （5） Within 4 weeks after BCG is inoculated on the upper arm, diphtheria anatoxin or absorption diphtheria-pertussis vaccine should not be inoculated on the same ann.
